What is your Cloud accounts Refund Policy?

All sales are final! If you are a new customer you can double-check the accounts remotely through Anydesk or Teamviewer to ensure the stability of the accounts and their credits. Once we delivered and you started using it then the sales are final.

We don't provide refunds for any reason, but if there is an issue from our end which causes the account suspension then we are more than happy to offer a replacement within 72 hrs from the reporting timeframe.
